Whilst working within the tourism industry for a period of 15 years, Jill gained experience in the importance of brand identity and market segmentation. Having worked as the Marketing Services Supervisor for a leading multi-branded leisure company, Jill was responsible for delivering highly targeted marketing material relevant to each market sector.
Following the boom in digital marketing, Jill has been involved in areas to boost customer engagement and retention through activities such as online marketing campaigns, website optimisation and market research.
